Our main destination is Aspen, but we also place crew in Vail, Telluride, Breckenridge, and the Catskills.
Yes, you’ll have time off to ski, explore the charming towns, and meet some new people. The amount of time will depend on your work schedule.
Of course! You may enter the US 30 days before your work period begins and you can stay in the US 30 days after the last day of your work period ends. That should be plenty of time to string in a couple of adventures in the USA.
Let's Talk Money
You’ll earn around $800 a week. You’re welcome to get a second (and if you’re feeling ambitious, a third) job to make more money.Â
Federal tax is automatically deducted from your payments. State tax is only deducted according to your state regulations.Â
Yes! You’ll need to visit your nearest Social Security office to apply, and you’ll get your Social Security card around two weeks later. You have to have one in order to open a US bank account, get paid, and file your tax returns.
You can file for your tax returns before April of the following year. Since this is an exchange programme, you’re eligible to get tax money paid back. You can do this independently or with a company like Sprintax.
